Delval Bernard

Seventy-year-old Delval Bernard of Pretoria Road Kingston 13, has been missing since Monday, September 16

He is of dark complexion, slim build and about 165 centimetres (5 feet 5 inches) tall.

Reports from the Halfway Tree Police are that Bernard was last seen at home. His mode of dress at the time he went missing is unknown. Efforts to contact him have proven futile.
