Cavin Phipps

KINSTON MAN MISSING

Twenty-year-old Cavin Phipps of Wellington Street, Kingston 16 has been missing since Sunday, October 20.

He is of brown complexion, slim build and about 168 centimetres (5 feet 6 inches) tall.

Reports from the Elletson Road Police are that Phipps was last seen at home about 6: 25 p.m. When last seen he was dressed in black shirt, black jeans and a pair of black slippers. All efforts to contact him have proven futile.
