MANCHESTER MAN MISSING
Fifty-year-old Roger McDowell, otherwise called ‘Tall Man’, a landscaper of Main Street Spalding, Spalding P.O., Manchester, has been missing since Thursday, August 07.
He is of dark complexion, slim build and is about 170 centimetres (5 feet 7 inches) tall.
Reports from the Spalding Police are that McDowell was last seen in his community. His mode of dress when last seen is unknown. All efforts to locate him have proven futile.
