Noel Rowe

Sixty-four-year-old Noel Rowe a farmer of Santa Cruz, St. Elizabeth has been missing since Sunday, December 31, 2023.

He is of dark complexion, slim build and about 172 centimetres (5 feet 8 inches) tall.

Reports from the Lawrence Tavern Police are that at about 2:00 p.m., Rowe was last seen at home wearing a long-sleeved green shirt, grey pants and a pair of black shoes. He has not been heard from since.
