An Ananda Alert has been activated for 13-year-old Romaine Palmer of St. Albans Lane, Franklyn Town, Kingston 16 who has been missing since Tuesday, February 20.

Reports from the Franklyn Town Police are that Romaine was last seen on Windward Road, Kingston 2 about 6:50 a.m. When last seen, he was dressed in his school uniform— a white shirt and grey pants. He has not been heard from since.
